Team Lead of Media Buying

Vortex is a performance marketing company that specializes in iGaming and Online Dating verticals. Now we’re looking for a Team Lead of Media Buying to join our great team.

This position is a great opportunity for an ambitious specialist eager to build a project from scratch. You will be able to build the infrastructure and team according to your vision, participate in the launch and testing of hypotheses, and directly influence the project's development. If the financial plans are successfully implemented and the project reaches payback, discussing options is possible.

What you will do:

• Building project infrastructure according to the needs of the team;

• Budgeting and financial control, including planning budgets for each traffic source (potentially interesting sources are FB (PWA, webview, link), Google (search, native to search), TikTok, Bing, native (Taboola, Outbrain), Search Arbitrage);

• Participation in traffic buying at the initial stage;

• Building a project team;

• Involvement of resources within the holding to build the project and the effective work of the team, such as: bizdev managers, tech, recruitment, finance, hr, lawyer.

What is important to us:

• 2+ years of experience as Team Lead;

• Experience in building a media buying team and infrastructure for the team's work from scratch or participation in its development;

• Knowledge of the specifics of buying traffic from different sources;

• Willingness to independently buy traffic and tests at the initial stages;

• Experience in Gambling and Dating niches is a big plus;

• Intermediate level of English (or higher).
