Vortex is a performance marketing company that specializes in iGaming and Online Dating verticals. Now we’re looking for a Lead Affiliate Manager (iGaming) to join our great team.

What you will do:
  • Creating and executing development strategy for the department;

  • Team management: planning the department's structure, participating in the hiring process, setting KPIs for the team and each of its members, as well as developing and training team members;

  • Building and optimizing operational processes in the team;

  • Research of current trends, products, advertisers, markets (GEO) and competitors;

  • Generation of new ideas to improve the financial performance of the department;

  • Generating reports, collecting basic analytics and analyzing the data;

  • Searching for new partners and establishing partnerships.

What is important to us:
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and 1+ years of experience working as Affiliate Team Lead / Head of Affiliates in iGaming;

  • In-depth understanding of the iGaming business from the perspective of affiliate marketing;

  • Knowledge and experience with the main metrics (CTR, CR, ROI, EPC) and tools (affise, keitaro, binom);

  • Upper-Intermediate+ level of English;

  • Experience of participating in international and local conferences;

  • Strategic and analytical thinking;

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;

  • Initiative and result oriented.
