Head of Network / Vertical

Vortex is a performance marketing company that specializes in iGaming and Online Dating verticals. Now we’re looking for a Head of Network / Vertical to join our great team.

This position is a great opportunity for an ambitious specialist eager to build a project from scratch. You will be able to organize business processes and a team according to your vision and directly influence the project's development. If the financial plans are successfully implemented and the project reaches payback, discussing options is possible.

What you will do:

• Building business processes for the team;

• Building and implementing a long-term development strategy for the team and vertical;

• Organization of the project team and its further management;

• Budgeting and financial control;

• Research and implementation of new trends and tools in the team's processes;

• Interaction with back office (tech, recruitment, finance, hr, lawyer).

What is important to us:

• 3+ years of experience as Team Lead / Head of Vertical / Network;

• At least 2 years of experience in black / gray hat verticals: sweepstakes, nutra (COD, SS); white hat: online gaming, home improvement, insurance, mortgage, solar panels and other white verticals;

• Experience in attending international conferences;

• Experience in building a team from scratch will be a great advantage;

• Intermediate level of English (or higher).
