Vortex is a performance marketing company that specializes in iGaming and Online Dating verticals. Now we’re looking for a BizDev Manager (iGaming) to join our great team.

What you will do:
  • Account management of the current partner base (60-70% of full-time work) in the meaning of operational management of partnerships;

  • BizDev (30-40% of full-time work): development and scaling of partnerships, building long-term relationships, participation in negotiations, attracting new partners;

  • Cross-team communication with the affiliate team: dealing with requests from the affiliate team;

  • Representation of the company at conferences, exhibitions, and meetups;

  • R&D activities (as part of the business): search for new clients and their development.

What is important to us:
  • 1+ years of experience as Advertiser / Account / Business Development Manager working in the iGaming vertical;

  • Experience in a CPA network (will be a great advantage) or in a media buying company in the same position;

  • Understanding of the specifics of working with Tier1-3 markets;

  • Upper-Intermediate+ level of English;

  • Basic knowledge of traffic sources: Fb+webview, FB+pwa, PPC Search/Discovery, ASO, UAC, email, SEO;

  • Ability to set up integrations (postbacks);

  • Understanding and ability to work with digital/affiliate marketing metrics (EPC, eCPM, ROI, etc.) and knowledge of main iGaming terms (wager, baseline, mindep);

  • IWork experience with CPA payment model.

What would be a plus:
  • Experience of working with RS/Hybrid payment models;

  • Experience of working with well-known players in the market, knowledge of their features;

  • Experience in attending conferences;

  • Understanding of the interface and features of popular tracking platforms: Affilka, NetRefer, Income Access, etc.
