Affiliate Team Lead (iGaming)

Vortex is a performance marketing company that specializes in iGaming and Online Dating verticals. Now we’re looking for an Affiliate Team Lead (iGaming) to join our great team.

What you will do:

• Creating a development strategy for the department, building and adjusting existing business processes within the team;

• Regular industry R&D: research of current trends, products, advertisers, markets (GEO) and competitors;

• Generation of new ideas to improve the financial performance of the department;

• Building the motivational part of the team and each of its members, setting KPIs;

• Generating reports, collecting basic analytics and analyzing the data;

• Searching for new partners and establishing partnerships.

What is important to us:

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing working with affiliates and advertisers in the iGaming vertical;

• Work experience on a managerial position;

• Upper-Intermediate+ level of English;

• Understanding of metrics and current market trends in digital/affiliate marketing and the iGaming vertical;

• Experience of participating in international and local conferences;

• Understanding of how Facebook, Google, and other sources work;

• Strategic and analytical thinking;

• Initiative and result oriented.
